Albert from AceBuddy was our main point of contact which made the development run smoothly. Albert is both highly experienced and great to work with. He understood quickly what we wanted to achieve with the development and worked with us to meet our needs within our budget.
He was also highly communicative, accurate in his time estimates, and very detailed with his progress reports/updates. He also has a great ability to explain technical concepts simply.

I've worked with Albert at Acebuddy on several projects ranging from large (such as building out a whole new website for us) to smaller (building out alert functionality on our new site and the implementation of a third party table booking tool). For each project we worked on he took the brief from me, came back with very reasonable quotes, and provided clear timelines. Acebuddy take half payment upfront and final payment once the work is done which gave me the reassurance about working with them in the first instance. During the briefing process Albert took a lot of the inputs I provided and developed his own suggestions. There was a good balance between listening to what I was trying to achieve and also challenging my thinking. For larger projects he put together a project plan showing all the steps needed for build but for both big and small projects he provided regular updates in a mix of formats for how he was getting on with things. Acebuddy have a very thorough design and development process which also provided an opportunity for my thoughts and feedback and together we were able to create a brand look and feel I was really happy with. They also have brilliant tech ability and every request I've made to them they've figured out a robust way of delivering - which is particularly impressive when working in the constraints of Wix. On top of that Albert is great to work with - very collaborative, and really knows his stuff. Would highly recommend Acebuddy....
