I retained Allison do a few cleanups on my website, but her cleanups were so much better than what I had before, that in the end I asked her to review the entire website. From the moment I contacted WiX for help updating our website, Allison stood out among all the other leads they provided. She immediately made personal contact beyond the auto-generated responses. Every time after that when I asked the many questions I asked, she responded almost immediately. This was even before I decided to hire her. She had a lot of confidence, knowledge and experience that made me feel comfortable that she could create an exciting, fresh, updated website for our jewelry store. Reading her reviews from other satisfied customers was very helpful too! A big worry for me was working on such a large project with someone who wasn't local, who wouldn't be there when I really needed answers but my worries didn't last long. Allison is amazing! She finished the job in record time - less than 60 days from first contact, which included testing all the links, forms, SEO, transferring from old hosting site, making sure our emails still worked, making videos so I can update the site on my own - every detail I couldn't have thought about myself. I really felt she went above and beyond but she humbly said, "I'm just doing my job." I highly recommend Allison and look forward to working with her again when our company decides to do future updates to our site such as adding a shopping cart. Please check out our fabulous website! Allison was great to work with. Very quick and was able to create what we needed that matched the look of our website purrfectly! She even made a video of instructions for us to be able to make edits if needed. She will be our first call if we need help again....
