I originally created my site on my own which worked but I wanted the site to be better so after a year of failures and frustration I made the choice to hire this wonderful young lady and from start to finish Felicia made the process of getting my website redesigned easy, much quicker than expected, she is affordable, and most importantly she made it work the way I want. If you want someone who listens to what you would like and be able to create it for you look no further because you just found the best. FH Design is who I will have do my website work in the future....

Felicia rescued me by fixing underlying design issues I had that kept screwing up the way the website appeared. She was FANTASTIC! Reliable, excellent communicator, did what she said she would do in the time frame she promised. I was under a deadline and it was important to me that things get finished on time - and she did it. Felicia was great to work with on my website! She was very creative and communicated about the project before, during and after completion to make sure the site met expectations. Beyond my greatest expectations. Felicia's communication skills are exemplary, especially considering she's helping me navigate unfamiliar territory: website design. Her thoroughness was beyond compare, as even I, as type "A" personality, couldn't find anything to change.
Most of all I was impressed with her ability to take what I said and turn it into what I meant. I tried to convey what I wanted for my website, but felt I fell short in describing it correctly. She took my ideas and themes and turned it into a website that encapsulates everything I had been trying to achieve. I have already recommended FH Design to several of my friends, and will most definitely continue working with Felicia in the future.

I reached out to Felicia after receiving a few potential WIX support emails. I had attempted to do my website on my own but I ran into several glitches when I got close to publishing it. Felicia offered a free Zoom meeting to discuss the project and frankly this was the reason I choose her! To be able to see someone and explain to them where I was in the project was very important to me. Felicia helped me to see what the next steps were and how to best accomplish the tasks at hand. She was responsive to questions asked and did a couple training sessions on how to manage things myself in moving forward. I would highly recommend Felicia not only for her web expertise, but for her easy and professional manner. Thanks!...
