Julie was great at accommodating me remotely. I have never used a VA or gotten help from any marketing companies. So at first I was hesitant so Julie did a live zoom call with me and explained how she works and made me feel instantly ok with her working on my website. She turned my wix website which I had created myself into a more comprehensive and professional site that is now more user friendly for my clients, and me! It was nice not to have to do anything and then see my newly published site looking so amazing and fresh!...

When I submitted the request through WIX I received 2 automated responses with too much generic and company information than I had time to read. Flexi Sales & Marketing were the 3rd to respond, and their response noted they'd had a quick look at my website already. I was keen to get personalised service, and a quick phone call led me to believe they would be a good match for my needs at the time. Julie, was such a nice person to deal with. She got right on it as soon as I sent through the request. We had a call about my needs and started work straight away. She tidied up my website SEO and made the site more manageable for the future with suggestions I would never have known were options.
