I hired Intercity to help with my SEO strategy, but after six weeks, there were no visible results. While I know that SEO takes time, my main concern was the complete lack of communication when I reached out (politely) for updates. I believe that responsiveness should be a basic part of any professional service.
I was also shocked that multiple people had been added to my website management without my knowledge, (I granted access to only one person). Therefore I do not recommend Intercity....

Cody was helpful, efficient, and helped me quickly get my site back online. He was able to trouble shoot some crazy and entirely confusing IT things that were the source of my trouble.
