With a degree in Textiles and 18 years in London’s creative industry, most recently as a Product Manager at Burberry, I bring a wealth of creative expertise to my work. Nicola is amazing! She calmly listened whilst I tried to explain my ideas for my new business (which had only ever been inside my head!) and managed to design my logo and website, including a booking system and answer my endless questions and late night messages. Nicola was an absolute dream to work with, she answered all of my Wix prayers when I was frustrated and on a deadline. Working with her was clear, quick and easy - she is efficient without compromising quality. She listened to exactly what I needed to do and even provided a walk-through video afterwards so I would be able to make future updates myself.

Nicola has created the most beautiful website for me. She has had some great ideas about how to improve the site experience and has a really good eye for what works in terms of graphics and layout. Nicola and the Creative Duck built us a new website for our software-as-a-service product. We love it! Nicola was fantastic from start to finish (and even beyond).
