I founded WIXR Designs with the intention of bringing business owners websites that look great, are easy to use and understand, and most importantly… are affordable. I noticed there was an opportunity in offering frustrated business owners a simple solution, while empowering them to take control of their websites and giving them the confidence to make edits or adjustments themselves. With a bachelor’s degree in Internet Communications and experience in web design, graphic design and marketing/advertising, I am in a great place to offer this service. I take great pride in every website I work on and aim to deeply understand every client’s needs and business so I can provide the best website and experience possible. Rhys was fantastic through the whole process, he was proactive at helping update and correct issues with the design of the website. It was a pleasure dealing with Rhys. I submitted a job request through Wix and Rhys was first to respond, only minutes after. He was flexible with timing and his terms were clear and more than fair. I was appreciative he was able to work over the weekend to complete my website update & changes, as I had more time to devote to the job during this time. Rhys was prompt, responsive and remained easily contactable throughout. He listened and worked with me to create the best solution to meet my requirements. His patience and kind, polite manner made me feel at ease and that no question was silly 😌 I liked that he was comfortable to communicate via text or directly over the phone when more detailed explanation was necessary. My job request was more than I had initially anticipated but Rhys was still able to complete the job quickly, efficiently and I’m very happy with the end result 😊 I will definitely be dealing with Rhys again and have no hesitation in recommending his services.
