Hiring Creative Instinct to redesign the Sweet Wonders site was the right call. Emma delivered a night and day improvement: cleaner customer journey, stronger visual identity, and an SEO foundation now driving organic inquiries at nearly the volume we used to see from paid search. Just as impressive was how she worked. Responsive, patient, respectful of scope, and timelines honoured throughout. As a person who had no experience with website design, I had a wonderful experience with Gwen. She was very straightforward and made things simple to understand. I asked for a logo design as well as an initial website design, and she did a great job accommodating what I asked for. I requested a bit of a challenging proposal for the design, but the logo ended up even better than I had initially hoped and the site was well done and overall was managed very well! I would highly recommend her for anyone looking to get work done on their business and look forward to continue working with her on future projects!...
