I am a neophyte at web design. I was not able to create a fairly simple site and became frustrated. RPS walked me through the process and found a problem with a pop-up blocker in my browser, not something that was covered in the contract, but they gave me the solution.  I would have never found this myself. The lady I worked with was patient and did not talk down to a beginner.  I felt that they quoted a reasonable price and provided more than my monies worth. I am a skeptic when it comes to paying for tech support. This time it was money well spent. Well Done RPS!!!

Ursula did a nice job for us!  She listened well to what we needed done and very quickly did it, as I'd told her we were in a time crunch to go live.  She also helped me out afterwards teaching me how to do something in the edits that was needed.

RPS stayed with us the whole way and helped us overcome all of the obstacles!!  The initial design was excellent and then as we modified to fit more specifically our needs, RPS stayed with us and helped through each step.
