The build focused on capturing personality while maintaining a clean, easy-to-navigate structure that allows visitors, venues, and event organizers to quickly understand Pepe’s style, experience, and availability. Strategic layout planning was used to balance entertainment energy with professional presentation, helping position the client for expanded performance opportunities. Off Kilter with Jana Sue: This project is currently mid-build and being shared intentionally to demonstrate site flow, structural planning, and brand direction in progress. Off Kilter with Jana Sue is a creative business centered around storytelling, personal expression, and product-based offerings. The website is being developed to support both content-driven engagement and e-commerce functionality, allowing the client to grow her audience while introducing thoughtfully designed merchandise. At this stage, visitors will notice foundational layout decisions, navigation strategy, and user journey mapping already in place. The goal of this build is to create a site that feels personal, grounded, and slightly unexpected — reflecting the “off kilter” spirit of the brand while still maintaining clarity and ease of use. This preview offers insight into how The Glaeser Group approaches development: focusing first on flow, messaging hierarchy, and long-term scalability before final visual refinements and store optimization are complete. Final phases of the project will include product integration, mobile refinements, expanded storytelling sections, and strategic conversion touchpoints.

Vaso Custom Glass: This project focused on the full redesign of the Vaso website to improve clarity, modernize the visual direction, and strengthen the overall user experience. The goal of the redesign was not simply aesthetic. The process included rethinking site structure, simplifying navigation, and creating a more intentional flow that guides visitors toward key information and engagement points. By refining layout hierarchy and updating visual consistency, the new build supports stronger brand credibility while making the site easier to manage and expand over time. The ARTS: This large-scale website project was developed for The ARTS, a national talent development program serving performers across multiple disciplines. The site functions as a dynamic digital hub designed to support both operational needs and audience engagement. Built across more than 50 pages, the platform integrates several advanced features including a fully developed online store, structured membership and subscription plans, event booking systems, and layered user journeys tailored to participants, families, and industry professionals. The project required strategic planning around navigation flow, scalability, and content organization to ensure users can easily access programs, training opportunities, and event information while maintaining a clear and engaging brand experience. More than just a place to list properties, the site serves as a showcase for their full-scale renovations, taking visitors through before-and-after transformations that highlight their ability to turn houses into dream homes. With a sleek, modern design that mirrors their approach to real estate, the site is built for easy navigation, client engagement, and business growth. Whether it’s buying, selling, or renovating, Estate Alley Group’s online presence now works as hard as they do.

Hi, I’m Marlana Glaeser — Creative Director and CEO of The Glaeser Group, WiX Marketplace Legend Partner, and Co-Founder of The Creative Collective, a nonprofit focused on supporting creatives, small businesses, and aspiring artists across the country. I did not build this business from a boardroom. I built it from long nights, real conversations, problem-solving, and a deep understanding that most small business owners are carrying far more than what is visible online. Several of the individuals I work with are balancing families, financial pressure, burnout, reinvention, or the weight of trying to keep a dream alive while also keeping the lights on. I understand that because I have lived it too. My work goes far beyond building websites. I help businesses and brands slow down long enough to ask better questions: Who are you really trying to reach? What are you actually trying to say? Does your online presence reflect the quality of your work? What is preventing your audience from trusting you? I work heavily in branding, strategy, SEO foundations, user behavior, website redesigns, and helping businesses create an online presence that feels human first. Clean visuals matter, but connection matters more. A beautiful website that does not convert, communicate clearly, or create trust is simply decoration. Over the years, I have worked with nonprofits, performing arts organizations, creatives, speakers, trades businesses, entrepreneurs, and companies rebuilding from the ground up. Some clients come to me needing a full redesign. Others simply need clarity, direction, and someone willing to tell them the truth about what is and is not working. The Glaeser Group has grown largely through referrals and relationships, which means the world to me. I work intentionally, communicate honestly, and care deeply about the humans behind the business. If you are looking for someone who will simply “build a website,” I may not be the right fit.
